Diary module
Searching for old diary entries has never been easier.
Search bar
– This will allow you to search for any word/phrase within a diary entry, including the description/comments section. Base on the word/phrase you put in the search bar, it will show the diary entry(s) that has those terms.
Filter –
By default, the app filters records for the last 30 days. However, you can select the filter characteristics that you specifically looking for.
Filter by date, contractor, tag, location, diary entry creator and record status (pending, approved, rejected).
Task module
Search & Filter works the same in the task module as in the diary module. The only difference is in the filter options.
Filter by date, contractor, tags, person responsible, task status (in progress, to do, completed, suspended).
