Creating diary entries is the core feature of our site diary app and to help you keep great records of all site activities.
Here are the steps to creating a record:
- Click on the site
- Click on the diary module.
- Click the purple plus button “+” in the bottom right corner of the screen to add a record
- Fill out the form and click save
You can also create a new diary entry from the desktop web version
You can also add a record from the task module if the entry is related to a task. Here are the steps to do so.
- Click on the task module
- Select the task that the record is related to
- Click the “create a new related record button”
- Fill out the form and click save.
Create a task
Adding a task works the same way as adding a record. Here are the steps to creating a task
- Click on the task module.
- Click the purple plus button “+” in the bottom right corner of the screen to add a record
- Fill out the form and click save
